Intro to Mindfulness & Yoga for Children
(with Grace and Kelli)
This class is a basic introduction to mindfulness (mindful bodies, mindful listening, mindful breathing) and yoga (incorporated into story for the younger ones).

Wednesday, October 21st
2:30-3:15 – Preschool Ages
4:30-5:15 – Grades 2-5

Class is at Samsara Wellness Center. Cost is $5. Please register here if you’re interested in attending. I’d love to have your kiddos there! (My girls will be joining me for the younger ones’ session!)
